Important Notes on Returns:

Orders delivered to community post offices that are not picked up by the buyer and auto-returned to Keravie Professional are subject to a restocking fee. This fee includes the cost of shipping to and from the buyer, plus 10% of the total order value.
Returns are not accepted after 30 days from the date of delivery.
