We're proud of our lash lifting products and supplies. If something doesn't meet your expectations, you can return any non-wholesale product within 30 days of delivery for a 100% refund. You can even use the products and still get your money back if you're not completely happy.
Good to know
- Returns aren't accepted more than 30 days after the delivery date.
- Unclaimed orders: if an order delivered to a community post office isn't picked up and is sent back to us, a restocking fee applies. The fee covers the cost of shipping from the buyer, plus 10% of the order total.
