Directions:
- Apply to freshly cleaned lashes or brows only.
- Mascara wand end: Swipe the serum from the root of the hair to the tips.
- Paint brush end: Apply the serum like an eyeliner to the root of your lashes and brows. Apply above and below the lash line.
- Use every day once per day or twice per day, morning and night.
- May be worn alone or under black, non-waterproof mascara.
