    International Customs & Duties

    • International orders may be subject to customs and duties imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are non-refundable by Keravie Professional, even in cases where a refund is requested.

    • Orders delivered to community post offices that are not picked up by the buyer and auto-returned to Keravie Professional are subject to a restocking fee. This fee includes the cost of shipping to and from the buyer, plus 10% of the total order value.

    • Returns are not accepted after 30 days from the date of delivery.
